Eddie Hudson


Eddie Hudson grew up right here in Smyrna, GA and attended Wills High School. He also went to college in Georgia, attending Kennesaw State University, where he successfully completed a B.A. program.
After he returned home from college, Eddie accepted a job for a local Smyrna commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning contractor. This same HVAC contractor employed Eddie for eight years. During that time, he worked as both as a salesman and project manager. This allowed Eddie to perfect his sales skills as well as his managerial skills.
While he was working for the commercial HVAC contractor, Eddie decided to get his real estate license. He began selling real estate in 2001 and quickly discovered he had a passion for the job. He soon quit his former job and began to dedicate his energies to selling real estate full-time.
Eddie has excellent people skills and an ability to put almost anyone at ease. His ability to work well with others helps him negotiate the best deals for his clients. Although he has a calm manner, Eddie is a tenacious agent and works tirelessly on behalf all of his clients.
As a long-time Smyrna local, Eddie is very knowledgeable about the North Metro Atlanta area and housing market. He currently lives in Acworth with his two kids, Taylor and Alexa.
When Eddie is not busy helping people find the perfect home, his hobbies include mountain biking, road biking, and of course spending time with his family and friends.
  
 

Tracy Gaudiano


Tracy Gaudiano moved to Atlanta in 1997 to escape the northern winters and experience life in the big city. She received her B.S. from Indiana University with a minor in Marketing.  Tracy has been practicing real estate full-time since 2004.  Prior to selling real estate, Tracy managed Zucca Pizzeria and Vintage Tavern in the downtown Smyrna Market Village where she honed her customer service skills. Tracy utilizes these skills with her background in marketing, as well as her knowledge of the Atlanta area, to provide her clients with the best possible service. She is committed to honesty, integrity, dedication and communication to help her clients accomplish their real estate dreams.  Tracy lives in Smyrna and is active in many local charity organizations such as The 2 Day Breast Cancer Walk and The Lilli Grace Foundation.
We maintain a relationship with all of our clients. They are our main source of business as they continually refer new business to us.
 
 

Lori Clezie

Lori Clezie moved to Atlanta after graduating from Florida State University in 1992.  She began her real estate career in 1996 selling homes for a local builder where she won many company sales awards.  In 2003  Lori decided to move to general real estate so she could represent both buyers and sellers purchase or sell residential real estate.  She really believes helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals is where her true passion lies.  Many times that includes new home construction so her background is immensely beneficial to those buyers.  Lori has lived in the Smyrna/Vinings area for 15 years but also actively sells homes in all of Cobb and North Fulton Counties.  She has been married to Michael for almost 20 years and enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew as well as traveling and biking with her husband.
                                                                                           
  
 

Tamika Dembrosky

Tamika Dembrosky is a true Smyrna, GA native as she was born and raised in this great town graduating Campbell High School in 1999. Tamika makes it her business to know the business of real estate. She takes pride in getting to know the needs of her clients and matches them with the home of their dreams. Tamika knows that the real estate industry is ever evolving, and strives to move with those changes to offer the best possible service to her clients. On a personal note, Tamika is married to the love of her life, Patrick, and together they have four beautiful children ranging in ages from twenty to three. She and her family have always made it a priority to serve their community in various ways. Tamika and Patrick have taught youth for the past nine years at both Life Point Church and currently at King Spring Baptist Church. Tamika has also previously taught preschool at both Smyrna First Baptist Weekday program and Smyrna First United Methodist Church. In Tamika’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her daughter play softball and refinishing and repurposing furniture. 
 
 

Briana Cooper 


Briana was born, raised and currently reside in Cobb County, GA. In 2008 she earned her BBA Degree from Kennesaw State University majoring in Business Management. Briana was a Hope Scholarship Recipient and was on Dean’s List through all upper level courses. Immediately after graduation she was fortunate to be offered a job in Corporate America with Norfolk Southern. She worked for Norfolk Southern and Home Depot Corp working in logistics and internal and external customer service capacities. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading, wine, and spending time with family, friends, and her lovely boxer, Hannah.
