Eddie Hudson
Eddie Hudson grew up right here in Smyrna, GA and attended Wills High School. He also went to college in Georgia, attending Kennesaw State University, where he successfully completed a B.A. program.
After he returned home from college, Eddie accepted a job for a local Smyrna commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning contractor. This same HVAC contractor employed Eddie for eight years. During that time, he worked as both as a salesman and project manager. This allowed Eddie to perfect his sales skills as well as his managerial skills.
While he was working for the commercial HVAC contractor, Eddie decided to get his real estate license. He began selling real estate in 2001 and quickly discovered he had a passion for the job. He soon quit his former job and began to dedicate his energies to selling real estate full-time.
Eddie has excellent people skills and an ability to put almost anyone at ease. His ability to work well with others helps him negotiate the best deals for his clients. Although he has a calm manner, Eddie is a tenacious agent and works tirelessly on behalf all of his clients.
As a long-time Smyrna local, Eddie is very knowledgeable about the North Metro Atlanta area and housing market. He currently lives in Acworth with his two kids, Taylor and Alexa.
When Eddie is not busy helping people find the perfect home, his hobbies include mountain biking, road biking, and of course spending time with his family and friends.

Tracy Gaudiano
Tracy Gaudiano went to college at Indiana University and obtained a B.S. with a minor in marketing. After she finished college, Tracy decided to move to Atlanta so she could experience all the joys of city living, but none of the cold winter weather of a city in a more northern state.
Before she began working as a real estate agent, Tracy worked as a manager at Zucca Pizzeria and Vintage Tavern in the downtown Smyrna Market Village. This work experience allowed her to perfect her customer service skills while getting to know (and love) the Smyrna area.
In 2004, Tracy decided to pursue real estate full-time. The field of real estate allows Tracy to combine her knowledge of marketing with her dedication to customer service. Honesty and integrity are important to Tracy, so she works tirelessly to make sure all of her clients has an excellent real estate experience. Tracy is devoted to assisting her customers and prides herself on open communication with her clients.
As Tracy has lived in the area since 1997, she is quite knowledgeable about the North Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market. Tracy now lives in Smyrna and participates in several charity organizations. She is active in the Lilli Grace Foundation and participates in The Two Day Breast Cancer Walk.
